Travel Fee-
between the hours of 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.
$10.00 per hour minimum 2 hours**
between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m.
$25.00 per hour minimum 2 hours**
*Certified Copies may not be completed without a functional copy machine that may be used by the notary
**Travel Charges exceeding 2 hours shall charge on a pro rata basis
Fees and pricing are set in accordance to NRS240.100 which was amended by Assembly Bill No. 245. Travel fees are not required by law and may be waived at notary's discretion.
